This meditation invites you to release, let go, process, and digest those emotions. Be gentle and kind to yourself during the meditation.

Hello dear friend.

Everything is energy and so are we.

Most of us know how good it feels when we experience good energy,

Feeling lighter and moving with no strings attached,

Radiating joy and happiness.

But because life is not always buttercups to unicorns and rainbows,

In those moments we experience a negative,

Heavy and dense energy lingering in and around our bodies.

This might not even be our own energy,

But the energy picked up from other people and places we've been in contact with.

In this meditation we will release all negative energy and claim back our own energy.

Begin by centering yourself.

Sit up with your back nice and tall.

Elongate your spine.

Squeeze the shoulder blades together and relax the shoulders now.

Supposedly you don't have any neck injuries.

Lean your head gently to your right,

Then back to center and gently to your left and back to center to release any tension in your neck.

Settle your head in between your shoulders.

Press your feet firmly on the ground and feel the support of the ground beneath your feet.

Close your eyes,

Relax your body,

Relax your mind,

Relax your emotions and your feelings.

Notice where is your awareness and gently guide it to this present moment.

Your body and your breath.

Begin focusing your attention inward and notice your inner landscape.

Take three deep and long breaths.

Fill up your chest and tummy with air and then release gradually out through your mouth.

Let go of worries,

Fears,

Doubts,

Problems,

Your problems,

Other people's problems.

Visualize these emotions as energy because that's what they are.

Imagine this energy being released from your body and mind in all directions.

You can picture a certain color streaming from your solar plexus or chest area in all directions every time you exhale.

Keep releasing and notice how you feel.

Perhaps you are experiencing a shift in your mind and physical body or perhaps it feels good to release emotions that aren't serving you anymore.

Feel your body breathing itself.

Take a moment to acknowledge the innate intelligence of your body.

Tune into your body's frequency.

If you have never done it before,

Just try and sense your own energy,

Vibration,

Your own melody.

Relax your shoulders even more.

Allow the weight of your shoulders to slide down your arms and fall into the earth.

Take a deep breath and let out a big sigh.

Let's begin releasing the negative energy.

I release all negative energy that is in my energy field and it doesn't belong to me.

I am aware that I brought this energy with me from my past,

From my old experiences,

From the people that I've met and interacted with or from any places that I've been to.

I release this energy with love and compassion.

Imagine a big energy cord being extended from the base of your spine and going deep into the center of the earth.

Choose the first color that comes to mind and visualize all the energy that doesn't belong to you pouring through the energy cord into the ground where it will be transmuted,

Transformed and recycled.

Now place one hand on your heart and say to yourself,

I claim back all the energy that belongs to my energy field,

Which I have left it or gave it away unconsciously in the past,

With old experiences,

With people that I've met,

In places that I've been.

Visualize a beautiful color entering your body through the energy cord and spreading all throughout your body.

Take a moment to acknowledge the energy exchange taking place within your body.

You can stop the recording and repeat the process again if you feel it's necessary.

Notice if you experience a shift in your mind or physical body.

Take a couple of conscious breaths and bring your attention back to the present moment.

Oftentimes we send away our energy unintentionally into the future when we start worrying about what might happen and get ourselves into a frenzy,

All worked up,

Which ultimately weakens our energy and makes us feel depleted,

Exhausted and tired.

Take a deep breath and a big sigh out.

Let's claim your energy back from the future.

Place one hand on your heart and say to yourself,

I claim all my energy back from the future.

I claim it back into my body and my energy system where it belongs.

Visualize a beautiful white light entering your body through the top of your head.

Feel this beautiful white light coming into the center of your head,

Behind your eyes,

In your throat,

Down your arms and torso,

Flowing down your spine and into your legs and then entering the ground.

Take a moment to just breathe,

Be and notice how you feel.

I invite you to bring to mind that person whose emotions and energy has affected your energy.

Imagine this person sitting right in front of you.

Breathe in and notice how you feel.

Allow emotions,

Feelings and sensations to arise in this moment.

Emotions are energy in motion.

Inadvertently,

You might have given some of your energy to this person and vice versa.

You might have taken some of their energy.

This energy reset is completely harmless if your only intention is to bring your energy back into balance.

Take a deep breath in and a big sigh out.

Place one hand on your heart and say to the other person,

I now release all your energy.

I send it back to you with love and compassion.

It's your energy and it belongs to you.

Open your energy field so you can receive your own energy.

Visualize a color leaving your body and being transferred and entering the other person's body.

I release all your energy.

I send it back to you.

You might have also taken some energy from this person,

Which has left you feeling heavy,

Sluggish and dull.

Place one hand on your heart and say to yourself,

I'm calling back my own energy,

Which I might have given to you.

I call it back to me where it belongs.

See your energy returning back to your physical body.

Bask in your own energy.

Take as much time as you need soaking up your own energy.

And when you're ready,

Come back into the room.
