Welcome to this guided morning meditation to set your intention for what you want to experience and feel for the day.

Every day is a new day and a new moment to choose how you want to feel or what you want to experience.

Everything is energy and vibration therefore the easiest way to manifest what you want to experience is to be able to tune into and embody the vibration before you have it in your external reality.

So let's take this time to commit to begin your day with focus on your alignment with whatever it may be that you want to invite into your day.

Let's begin.

Start to tune into this present moment.

Take some deep breaths,

Breathing in through the nose and breathing out through your mouth and let's repeat this two more times.

Breathing in and out and once more in,

Feeling your belly and chest expand and breathing out with a sigh,

Beautiful.

Now what is your intention for today?

This may be an emotion you want to feel such as peace,

Joy,

Abundance,

Love.

It may be an experience such as wanting to experience a miracle or the completion of a project or reaching a goal.

What is it you want to feel?

Really tune into the energy of it.

How does it feel in your body?

Do you feel it in a certain area?

Can you feel it moving throughout your whole body?

Visualise this energy radiating out of your whole body.

Now visualise yourself embodying this.

What does it look like?

Are you smiling?

Are you dancing?

Are you helping another?

Are you celebrating?

Whatever it looks like to you,

Really feel it and visualise it.

Well done.

I hope you are feeling lit up and ready to start your day.

Go forward from this space knowing you are a powerful creator being and anything is possible.
