Feeling any areas of tension or constriction release now.
Feeling your body surrender into the bed beneath you.
Just allowing any thoughts that arise to come and go.
Letting them pass and dissolve when you are conscious of them.
There is no need to invest any energy into them.
There is no need to start an internal dialogue with them.
There is no need to attach to any thoughts,
Memories or ideas.
Bring your focus back to the present moment and to the stillness by coming back to your slow deep breaths.
Feeling the breath as it moves throughout your body.
