Welcome to this guided meditation to connect and receive messages from your star family,
Your spirit guides that exist in other star systems and in a higher dimensional state.
It's time for you to close your eyes,
Get comfortable and get into an open and receptive state to feel,
Receive and know your loving star family and the messages that they wish to share with you now.
Begin to consciously relax your body now,
Breathing slowly and deeply in and out through the nose as you feel your muscles relax,
Feeling your shoulders drop,
Feeling your face soften and feeling all tension begin to melt away,
Letting it go,
Letting it dissolve and welcoming in a spaciousness,
A softness,
A receptiveness into your body now,
Softening and relaxing into your natural state,
Feeling grounded,
Safe and relaxed in your human body,
Knowing your body is a vessel for your spirit and higher consciousness to express itself through in human form,
Knowing you are not limited solely to the body,
You are multi-dimensional in nature,
But having a body allows you to receive and ground higher energies and wisdom into the human experience for yourself and for all.
Feel into this now,
Into feeling anchored and grounded as you know you belong here,
Feeling blessed to be in this human experience whilst also knowing that you absolutely have the ability to connect and communicate with the non-physical realms too.
I invite you to now bring your awareness within,
Feeling into your body,
Becoming consciously aware of how it feels,
Noticing the sensations,
Feeling the movement of the breath and life force energy,
Bringing awareness to the places that may feel expansive or contracted,
Breathing into them,
Welcoming in space,
Harmony and flow,
Surrendering to the sensations that are present,
Allowing them to be just as they are,
Tuning into the aliveness of this inner space within you,
Allowing a sense of empowerment to arise within you now,
Feeling a deeper connection to yourself and to your inner power.
Now bringing awareness to your heart space,
Feeling it softening and activating,
Feeling the energetic heart chakra as it responds to your conscious awareness on it,
Allowing it to be acknowledged,
Seen and known by you and allowing the heart's energies to be felt and transmitted.
You may notice the energies of peace,
Love,
Appreciation and compassion beginning to emerge,
Let it grow and spread throughout your body,
Mind and heart,
Surrendering to the love that you are at your essence,
Sensing more of your spiritual nature now,
Allowing your inner world to permeate your awareness as the outer world fades,
Feeling open and receptive to your intuitive nature,
Allowing your consciousness to expand and to perceive from a higher awareness,
Feeling connected to your own divinity and feeling connected to the universe,
The divine,
The creator,
Source,
God,
Whatever word you wish to use,
Just residing here for a moment,
Feeling your vibrational state rise,
Feeling your state of consciousness shift,
Feeling connected to your true self and to life.
I invite you now to visualize a golden pillar of light running through your central channel,
It is bright,
Strong and radiant and runs deep into the earth beneath you and streams up into the cosmos.
See this golden pillar of light expanding out so it fills up the width of your body and expands out a meter beyond your body as well.
Tune into the energy of it,
Of your connection to your humanity and divinity,
Feeling clear and powerful,
Feeling full of love and light emanating and radiating a high frequency.
Feel into your multidimensionality,
Knowing that no limitations exist here,
There is no separation,
No barriers to break,
No blocks to overcome,
Just an openness and receptivity to light,
Energy and information,
To streams of higher consciousness,
To your own innate wisdom.
You are not limited by your human awareness now,
You have gone beyond it and you have the ability to connect to and receive insight from your star family now.
Focus on your golden pillar of light as it permeates different planets and star systems,
Perhaps you may visualize this or just feel it and you don't need to know what these different star systems are,
Simply allow your channel to be a beacon of light,
To attract your star family to you effortlessly.
I invite you now to use your free will and pure intent to state that you are open and ready to connect with your star family.
You may have a particular group of star beings in mind,
Such as feeling drawn to the Pleiadians,
Aukturians or Sirians and so you may have the intention to solely connect with them or you may be open to any race that you have a connection with that wants to come through for you at this time.
Intend to connect with your star family,
Your galactic team and spirit that are here to work with you in this lifetime for your highest good.
Ask to receive messages from them,
You may have a particular question you would like to ask or you may just be open to whatever guidance wants to come through for you today.
Now let the intention go,
Do not become fixated or attached to it,
Let it go and let it be.
Know your call has been heard and it will be answered.
Now is the time to simply be open and receptive,
Allow the messages to come through in a way of less resistance.
They may come through in a different way that you thought they would.
So let go of any expectations of what it should look like or be like.
Simply allow your subtle senses to remain online and receptive.

Your star family knows the best way to communicate with you right now.
They want to come through in a way that you are ready for.

You may receive a vision or have a knowing of something.
Often star beings communicate telepathically or you may hear and know light language instead of human language.
