Welcome to this sleep track.

I want to invite you to become super super duper comfortable.

Really allow yourself to release completely,

Relax completely.

And pay specific attention to your face,

Your shoulders,

Your arms and hands.

Let everything relax and sink into the surface below.

The belly,

The groin,

The hip,

The legs.

Just allow,

Without forcing anything,

Any relaxation to come.

And to just go along with gravity.

It can be very pleasant to take a few long,

Deep,

Full,

Pleasant inhalations and exhalations.

And again,

Enjoy those.

It's super nice to breathe deeply.

And then with every exhalation notice that more can be let go,

More can surrender.

And if today you notice any particular thought or something on your to-do list,

Anything like that is kind of active,

Then just thank it and ask it to come back tomorrow.

And maybe there is something that was not so easy today,

Or maybe there is some heaviness or anything you regret.

So take a moment to leave behind what you want to leave behind and that you don't want to take to tomorrow.

And if needed forgive yourself for something that you wish would have gone differently.

And if you want to you can take another long,

Deep,

Full inhalation and exhalation.

And then one last invitation before we surrender completely to the white noise.

Is that I want to invite you,

Without forcing,

Without efforting,

But just find something very small or very big,

Just the first thing that comes into your mind that you can be grateful for of today.

And then allow yourself to feel that gratitude.

And then I invite you to take one last long,

Deep,

Full,

Intentional,

Joyful,

Juicy inhalation and exhalation.

And I wish you a beautiful night's rest as you let go completely into deep relaxation and sleep.
