To become like water.
Clear,
Fluid,

So wherever you are,
Begin by noticing your breath.
Not changing it,
Just noticing.
Like watching small ripples move across a still pond.
Now gently invite the breath to flow in and out.
In and out.
Imagine that each inhale brings in clarity.
Each exhale,
A gentle release.
Not of the emotion itself,
But of the need to figure it all out.
If it helps,
Imagine yourself floating.
Held.
Supported.
Like water cradling you in complete trust.
You don't have to carry it all.
Not in this moment.
Now,
Let's offer a few words to your inner world.
You can speak them out loud or in your mind.
Whatever feels right.
I am allowed to feel.
