Spring is a season of gentle beginnings and fresh hope. This half-day Christian spiritual retreat is a sacred space to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with God as you step into a new season. From 10 AM to 2 PM, we will move through a peaceful rhythm of guided meditation, light stretching, biblical reflection, and heart-centered journaling. This space is for anyone longing to release the heaviness of the past season and welcome the renewal God is inviting you into. During this retreat, you will experience: * A grounding opening devotional * A guided Christian meditation centered on renewal * Gentle movement and breathwork (no yoga experience needed) * Scripture-based journaling prompts * A reflective releasing and receiving practice * A closing meditation and group prayer Throughout our time together, you’ll be guided back into God’s presence — the place where true renewal begins. You will walk away feeling refreshed, centered, and spiritually renewed, with practical ways to carry this sense of renewal into your everyday life. Come as you are. Leave renewed.
