Testimonials

info

I have taken some meditation courses before and this is by far the best explanation of meditation I have ever had. Thubten led beautiful meditation practices and incredibly informational sessions, great retreat!

Liliana, Sweden

I went into this retreat knowing the science: how meditation affects the brain, reduces cortisol while releasing oxytocin, and supports the cardiovascular system. I came out realising that meditation is more than a stress reduction tool. It is a way of being, of seeing, of living.
