Welcome to the meditation to reduce stress and anxiety around decluttering your space.
Diwali,
The festival of lights,
Is here to illuminate our lives with happiness,
Joy,
Peace and good health.
Organizing our space and home not just help us find things easily,
But also the clean outer environment gives us the sense of peace and calm in our inner space.
Organizing our space increases productivity and efficiency that reduces stress and anxiety that promotes relaxation and calmness.
It improves your health by having more time and space to do meditation,
Yoga,
Breathing practices gives you more energy to live your life with more presence and freedom.
Let each lamp you light bring a glow of happiness on your face and enlighten your soul.
May your life and space be as colorful,
Magnificent,
Shimmering and magical as the lights from the lamps of the festival of lights.
Let's begin the meditation by slowly stretching your body,
Allow yourself to sit in a comfortable position with your spine straight and your body relaxed,
Resting your palms gently on your laps and closing your eyes,
Taking a few deep cleansing breaths where we will breathe in deeply through the nose and breathe out slowly through the mouth,
Now breathing in deeply through the nose,
Breathing out slowly through the mouth,
Breathing in deeply,
Breathing out slowly,
Breathing in deeply and breathing out releasing slowly,
Two more times breathing in fully and breathing out slowly,
One last deep breath in and breathe out slowly and completely,
Now bring your awareness into your breath and embrace the calmness,
Smiling with peace and welcoming the present moment with more relaxing natural rhythm of your breath,
Just like it is easier to embrace your breath effortlessly,
Decluttering is easier when doing it with one step at a time,
Being here in the present moment,
Connecting with your body,
Bring your awareness into your diaphragm and breathing with your diaphragm,
Noticing your belly expanding and relaxing with each breath,
You are worthy of peace and harmony,
Releasing the stress and anxiety from your body and mind around cleaning your space and home,
Trusting that organizing your space comes so easily and naturally to you,
Now imagine the space you would love to declutter,
As you are stepping into the space you are just bringing more awareness to the things around you,
You are standing in the place and closing your eyes with a sense of gratitude,
You are smiling with your inner sanctuary full of peace,
By saying thank you to all the goodness in the space,
You start cleaning your home with small steps and actions,
You are loving how everything is unfolding in glorious ways,
You are creating joyful experiences,
You are feeling more balanced and abundant for showing up,
Cleaning and organizing your space so efficiently,
Now you have completed the organizing work and you are giving yourself a big hug,
A high five and you are feeling thankful for all the great work you have done,
Embracing the vision of your organized home,
Seeing the light illuminating your home,
Your outer and inner space,
You are worthy of harmony and your life flow effortlessly and joyfully with the organized space around you,
With the feelings of peace,
Joy and gratitude,
Coming back to your breath and the present moment,
Embracing your breath,
Your smile and the peaceful presence of this moment,
Placing your palms gently over your heart and repeat the affirmations after me,
I am safe and grounded,
I love being organized,
As I let go of what no longer serves me,
I enjoy more space and freedom,
I love creating a beautiful clean home for myself and my beloved ones,
I am worthy of my happiness and my own nourishment,
Every day and in every way I am becoming more organized,
I am so grateful for the space and home I live in,
I love how my life unfolds with more love and peace,
I am creating a world of abundance for myself,
I am organized and efficient,
I am free from my worries,
My life flows effortlessly,
I am attracting more positive energy into my life,
As I clean,
I am aligned with the energy of abundance and appreciation,

Now relax placing your palms on your laps again,
