Notice the sensations in your body.
Do you have to do anything to receive them?
Contact,
Temperature,
Movement.
The heart pumping.
Don't all these sensations simply come and go all by themselves?

Isn't it amazing that you have to do nothing at all to receive them?

Another gift.

Notice your thoughts.
They appear in your field of view as mental pictures or as phrases you can hear in your head.
Do not try to push them away.
Let them be.
Let them come and go.
Do you have to do anything to see these mental pictures or to listen to these inner phrases?
Or do they simply come and go all by themselves?

Simply let everything come and go freely.
