Please note, that this version includes magical music by Insight Timer Teacher Lawrence Libert. In ancient Taoism, the Fire element involves our Heart and Small Intestine meridians. During this meridian meditation, we draw our attention to our Heart and Small Intestine meridians to help balance and nourish them. This guided meditation is particularly helpful during Summer when our Heart and Small Intestine meridians are considered more vulnerable. Other reasons to practice this meridian meditation are when you are showing signs of Fire imbalance such as feeling “burnt out”; having a weak spirit; poor blood circulation; a scattered and confused mind; memory loss; tiredness/insomnia/fatigue; feeling lost and/or vulnerable. I wish you all the best with this practice.
