Still and strong like a mountain,
With palms open resting on your lap or over your belly.
And please close or lower your eyes and take three delicious deep belly breaths to help calm your body and mind.
Let's try that together.

Just let your breath settle now.
Let your breath breathe you and shift your focus to the sound of the bowl until you can no longer hear it ring.
And as we come towards the end of this mindful moment you might like to wriggle your fingers,
Wriggle your toes,
Have a little stretch and give yourself a hug.
