Deanna Wheeler

Deanna turned to meditation when she needed hope. She had to manage the weight of grief heavier than anything she had ever felt before. She was left in a high state of stress. Her body was really in fight or flight mode, constantly. It was years before she realized the effects and what neglecting this stress had done to her. I loved the guided journal writing first class. It was made for exactly what I am going through in my life at this time. I've been wanting to quit smoking and since I just had a knee replacement, now is a good time to start.
