Explore MeditationBenjamin is a coach, teacher, and facilitator who creates experiences for deep transformation. A 30-year practitioner in the Vajrayana school of Buddhism, he integrates the modern science of mindfulness, visualization, and breathwork to guide clients and students toward awakening to their own unique, boundless potential. He frames much of his work and teaching around purpose discovery, but focuses on discovering purpose through an inside-out, full-body, intuitive process. He has created a program and platform called The Purpose Lab which incorporates meditation, breathwork, somatics, and mindset transformation into a holistic process to unlock one's highest and most blissful calling. He spent many years as a traditional classroom teacher and holds a Master's degree in Education, but went on to train and receive certifications in science-based mindfulness, breathwork, reiki, sound healing, and integrative health. He lives in Philadelphia with his wife, a pug named Romeo, and a senior chihuahua named Ricky. Romeo and Ricky get a lot of attention since his human kids are adults and out of the house.
