I'm trying to think of words to express how my mind and body felt. As we began and started getting in to this meditation, a combination of your voice, words, and the music were very relaxing. It took me to a place of relaxation that I rarely feel. It was easy to trust you to be in what for me was a very vulnerable state. Thank you for sharing your work and your words.
