Meditation Timer OnlineKate is a senior Yoga teacher and Yoga therapist with more than fifteen years of full-time teaching experience in the Viniyoga approach: an adaptable, breath-centred way of practising that respects the individual. Her work focuses on gentle, accessible Yoga based movement and breathwork for people living with fatigue, burnout, stress, long-term health conditions and the general overwhelm of being human. Kate didn’t come to Yoga looking for bliss, flexibility or inner light. She came because nothing else had worked and she was out of options. Assuming Yoga was mostly glorified stretching in soft lighting, she gave it a try with fairly low expectations. The postures helped a little, but the breathing practices changed everything. That experience shaped the way she teaches today: no nonsense, no posturing, just practical Yoga tools that support steadiness, recovery and sustainable practice in real life. Kate also mentors Yoga teachers who feel out of step with commercial wellness culture and want to teach in a way that is personal, sustainable and quietly radical.
