Welcome to this short breath centred practice designed to support a gentle lift in energy without overstimulation.
So when you feel ready,
Find your way to a steady upright seat if you can,
Or lie down if that's more comfortable for you right now.
Let your hands rest softly,
And if it feels right,
You can close the eyes or soften your gaze.
And just notice how you feel.
No need to resist it.
Fatigue is not failure.
It's simply information.
And begin to notice your breath.
You don't need to change it yet.
Simply observe.
And feel the body breathing.
Notice the inhale arriving,
The exhale leaving.
Now begin to slightly deepen your breath,
But without force,
Always comfortable.
Let each inhale feel fresh,
Like a quiet opening.
Let each exhale feel complete,
Like a soft release.
Silently say to yourself,
Inhale here,
Exhale now.
Repeating to yourself,
Here.
Allow the breath to move gently through you.
You don't have to wake up.
Just allow the energy to return at its own pace.
There's no forcing,
Just being.
And then let go of the words,
And allow your breath to return to its natural rhythm.
Take a moment to notice how you feel.
Even this short moment of connection can allow something to shift.
When you're ready,
Gently open the eyes or lift the gaze.
Wiggle the fingers or move gently,
And return at your own speed.
