We are going to connect with the healing and defense intelligence of your body.
This visualization can be included in your plan to stay healthy or when you have any discomfort such as a common cold or more severe illness.
It can also support you if you're undergoing a medical treatment.
And it's not a substitute for your treatment,
But it's a support.
If you are taking medications,
You can include them within the practice as an ally of the defense system.
You will also reinforce their effectiveness by being active and responsibly participating in your health.
Your healing energy increases,
But always consult your doctor.
If you notice any discomfort that doesn't seem logical.
Science has shown how thoughts,
Emotions,
Beliefs and spiritual sorrows affect our bodies and how a stressful event can trigger emotions such as fear,
Anger,
Guilt,
Hopelessness and depression.
These activate stress hormones in the adrenal glands such as cortisol and adrenaline.
If these emotions linger in us for long periods of time and not properly balanced,
They can send a message to restrain or suppress the immune system.
Reason why the state of relaxation has a positive influence on the immune system.
Our immune system defends us against microorganisms such as bacteria,
Fungus,
Parasites,
Viruses and also against tumor cells.
It also cleans out damaged cells with incorrect genetic information.
So it is important to do this practice with focus and attention and keep the worries about the outcome aside.
I recommend that you do this practice at least once a day if you seek to strengthen your health.
And if you have a disease at least twice a day.
The important thing is to know that the primal program of the immune system is to preserve our life.
So this energy of attention that you're giving to your body now is energy of love and love has a healing power.
We are going to consciously reinforce the activity of your immune system.
I invite you to find a comfortable position sitting with your back straight and both feet on the floor.
Close your eyes and take a gentle and a deep breath.
And when you exhale,
Let go the tensions of the day.
Allow yourself to be fully in this moment.
And now I invite you to pay all your attention to your body.
We will start by doing a body scan.
Feeling the tips of your toes.
Moving up to your lower legs.
The knees.
The thighs.
The shoulders.
The hips.
The hip.
The genital area.
Your stomach.
Your chest.
The shoulders.
Going down to your arms and hands.
And now I invite you to take a deep breath.
Going up to your neck and face.
Feel your lips and let go tension by smiling slightly.
Release the tensions of your eyes.
Your forehead.
Up to the top of the head.
Now imagine being in your special place on nature.
If visualizing or imagining is difficult for you,
That's fine.
Leave that task to your unconscious.
Instead,
You can connect with feelings.
Remembering pleasant sensations.
Carefully follow the journey of getting in touch with the inside of your body through sensations.
So imagine you are on your favorite part of the earth.
It can be a beautiful beach,
A mountain or a valley with thousands of flowers.
Smell the aromas of nature.
Hear the sounds of birds or the waves.
Feel the cool breeze on your skin.
The warm sun.
The soft sand or grass on your feet.
The colors of the place are bright and pleasant.
You enjoy this place.
You feel comfortable and energetic.
Imagine now doing an activity that you love with full vitality.
You can be alone or with a person you love.
This place is your space and your space for yourself.
This place is your space to connect with your energy,
With your unconscious intelligence.
And now imagine yourself sitting comfortably.
Feeling safe.
Feeling there's nothing to do.
You don't need to think about your future because you are feeling satisfied and at ease.
Some thoughts may come and it's okay.
You can let them pass.
And you can try to remember moments.
Thoughts that make you feel in peace,
Joyful and in love.
Now imagine that you are going to enter inside your body.
You are going to strengthen your immune system.
The cells of your body that are programmed to heal,
Defend and protect you from disease.
These thoughts of joy,
Of love,
Of peace are being processed in the limbic area of your brain where memories and emotions are stored.
Those emotions are producing signals that are received by your hypothalamus,
An organ that is in the center of your head,
Behind your eyes,
Which among other functions regulate the immune system.
These emotions start a cellular activity.
The hypothalamus sends signals with the message of well-being to your immune system.
So the cells of your immune system are now thrilled to receive these messages,
A message that they are given energy to do their job to protect the body against external and internal aggressions.
The cells of your immune system are born in your bones.
So now visualize how you send a signal to your bone marrow to produce millions of white blood cells and all the team of lymphocytes,
Macrophages and natural killer cells.
All of them born strong and energetic.
Imagine them with a figure like soldiers or gnomes or spheres of a bright color,
But all of them programmed to protect your entire body.
Once born,
They can start to relocate from your bone marrow to their control centers.
A group of them go to your blood,
Another group to the network of your ganglia and lymphatic pathways,
The spleen,
Tonsils,
Thymus and the rest of the body.
To your lungs,
Liver,
Stomach.
To your skin,
To your henatals and urinary organs.
And also to your head.
Imagine your lymphocytes strong,
Healthy and ready for action.
And now we're going to start a full body cleansing scan.
You're going to make sure that there are no microorganisms that can make you sick.
And if you sense you come across something that looks suspicious,
Stop and remove it with the cell figure that feels more appropriate.
You can imagine that they are removed with a color laser or vacuumed or disintegrated with the contact of the guardian cell.
Visualize the lymphocytes,
The macrophages and natural killer cells cleaning your head.
Check your brain.
Your eyes.
Your ears.
Your throat.
Visualize them in perfect state.
Now bring your lymphoid cells to your chest.
To your heart.
Do a cleaning of your lungs and visualize them healthy and breathing freely.
Now bring your guardian cells to your abdomen.
To the stomach.
Libra.
Spleen.
Pancreas.
Colon.
Intestine.
Bile ducts.
Check that there are no viruses,
Bacteria,
Fungus or abnormal cells.
If you see anything strange,
Visualize your protection team cleaning it.
Your white cells and group of lymphocytes have the intelligence,
Strength and all the tools to eliminate microorganisms and tumor cells.
Now give the command to your bodyguard cells to clean the sexual organs.
If you are a woman,
Go to your uterus,
Ovaries and breasts.
If you are a man,
Go to the prostate and testicles.
Also take your lymphocytes to clean all your skin.
And your bones.
Now you have checked and cleaned your whole body.
And the guardian cells can retreat to their defense control centers.
And a vigilance group stays running through all your organs and your blood.
They are in charge of informing the others if any strange organisms appear.
Feel the strength of your white blood cells,
Of your immune system running through your entire body,
Through your blood.
And to finish,
Visualize yourself in your favorite place.
Healthy.
With energy.
Feeling at ease.
Feeling incredible.
Doing the activities that you love to do.
Without any physical,
Emotional or spiritual pain.
And now,
