When being in full presence-awareness and refraining from making a problem out of anything, you connect with your inner source of well-being, your centre, that which is always ok. This meditation can help you connect with your natural ability to create peace within, no matter the experience. You’ll practice creating inner space to experience the present moment making no problem out of whatever happens during the practice. Music by Jan Moller, MD.

Welcome to the Art of No Problem Meditation.

We are going to tap into your innate ability to connect to your inner source of well-being,

That which is always present within you,

Regardless of what is occurring on the surface.

In your core,

Your center,

You are okay.

Then comes experiences.

And realizing this is super liberating.

Remembering this gives us the chance to feel there's a sense of freedom and a space to release the existential tension that lies behind most of the unconscious tensions we have through the day.

And so we are able to let go of problems of the day.

You can include this meditation as a daily practice to lift up your creativity.

Or when you have any discomfort from a specific life situation,

Issue,

Or general feeling of dissatisfaction,

Even when the underlying reasons are known or unknown.

But it is important to know that practicing the Art of No Problem is not a way to discount,

Neglect,

Reject,

Or avoid any issues in your life.

It is not a way to pretend everything's good all the time.

The point here is to recognize the difficulty you're facing and still be okay in your inner layer.

Because you know,

We can't feel good all the time.

Everyone feels bad sometimes,

But feeling bad doesn't mean you have a problem.

It might feel difficult because it might mean that to be content with whatever your situation is,

You have to let go of control and have no preference.

The thing is that the brain is an instrument and it interprets stimuli from nature,

From our surroundings,

And its primal mission is to look for problems to prevent pain and for survival.

But sometimes it labels things as problems where there is none.

So we can decide to not make a problem out of things by deciding to come back to the present moment.

We are going to practice how it is to have no problem.

How to not make a problem out of things,

Out of anything that happens.

So I invite you to find a comfortable position.

You can be sitting with your back straight and relaxed.

Close your eyes and breathe gently and deeply.

And with each exhale,

Let go the tensions of the day.

Allow yourself to be fully in this moment.

And now I invite you for the duration of this practice to not make a problem out of anything.

Decide to not make a problem out of things,

Out of whatever you are experiencing at this moment.

Now you are okay with whatever is happening.

If you find it difficult,

Don't make a problem out of it.

You can just be as you are at this moment.

You are okay.

Now,

If you find yourself making a problem,

Don't make a problem out of it.

It doesn't mean that you don't care.

It doesn't mean that you are avoiding or discounting an issue or a situation.

You are okay first and then comes the experience.

At this moment,

What you are experiencing is fine.

Regardless of what is happening on the surface.

Inside,

You are okay.

This is a spiritual practice.

It's about liberating ourselves of having to feel good to be okay.

It's about developing a presence of mind,

A strength to stand in front of whatever happens.

So you can feel good and you can feel bad and that's okay.

You don't make a problem out of feeling bad.

You are creating a space for your experiences.

You can feel free of feeling anything that is going on at this moment.

If you find yourself making a problem or thinking of an issue,

Just come back to the practice.

It's okay to just be.

Give yourself permission,

Presence of awareness.

Take a deep breath and you can let go of the practice of no problem.

You can now start relating to your surroundings as usual.

You don't have to carry this practice throughout your day.

But notice if the way you relate to experiences have changed.

Notice how you relate to events that come up.

If there's still a tendency to see them as negative.

Ask yourself if there could be another way of seeing this situation.

And if you notice yourself feeling that life is a constant problem,

Ask yourself if there's a positive side to relating to things as problems.

That's all for today.

Thank you.
