Come to a comfortable seat,
Whether it's on the floor with your legs crossed,
Or on a chair,
With your feet flat on the ground,
Sitting straight up out from the back of the chair,
Self-supporting.
Bring your hands to your knees,
Your lap,
Palm down.
Now take a deep breath in,
And exhale,
Letting go of everything in the day thus far.
Acknowledge your strength and your power,
And your self-love and compassion for being here and sitting.
Take a deep breath in,
And let it all out.
Now on your next inhale,
Breathe for a count of four.
Hold it for a count of three.
Exhale for a count of six.
Again,
Inhale four,
Hold three,
Exhale six.
Three more times.
Inhale four,
Hold three,
Exhale six.
Two more at your own pace.
Now on your next inhale,
I want you to inhale all of the energy up,
Up,
Up,
Pulling you up like a string up through your spine and your crown.
Then exhale back down to your center.
Now inhale back up through your spine upwards,
Holding energy,
And exhale back down to your center.
And then on your next inhale,
Inhale your energy and your energetic body down,
Down,
Rooting down through the ground.
And exhale back up to center.
Inhale again,
Your energy down through the ground,
Rooting you.
Exhale back to center.
Now inhale into your full height,
Bringing your energy as high and tall as you can and as low down into the ground as you can.
Then exhale your energy back to center.
Inhale up into your full height,
Let it stretch you,
Spread you.
Then exhale back down to center.
Breathe normally.
Observe how you feel.
Now inhale all of your energy out to your left,
Let it pull you out left.
Exhale back to center.
Inhale your energy to the left again like your side body,
Your arm,
Your leg,
Your cheek on the left side are being pulled by a magnetic force.
Out.
Exhale back to center.
Now inhale your energy to your right.
Let your breath pull you expand you to your right.
Exhale back to center.
Inhale yourself to your right again.
Expand,
Expand,
Expand.
Exhale back to center.
Now inhale into your full width all the way to the left and all the way to your right as far as your energy will take you.
Exhale back to center.
Inhale into your full width again.
Exhale back to center.
Let go of your breath and observe how you feel.
Now let your inhale pull your energy through your front body expanding into your full front.
And exhale back to center.
Inhale your energy again all through your front body.
Exhale back to center.
Now inhale your energy out through your back body.
Expand,
Extending backwards.
And then exhale back to center.
Inhale one more time into your full back depth.
Exhale back to center.
Now inhale into your entire full depth of your body as far forward as your energy will go and as far back as your energy will go.
And exhale back to center.
Again inhale into your full depth of your face to your stomach to your toes.
Inhale inhale inhale and back to center.
Let your breath go and observe how you feel.
Now on your next inhale I want you to inhale as deeply as you possibly can into your full height,
Your full width,
And your full depth.
Inhaling as tall as you can go,
As deeply grounded into the earth as you can go,
As far left and as far right.
And pull to your full depth,
Forward and back.
Inhale inhale inhale like a glowing ball of light.
And then exhale everything back to your center.
Inhale into that glowing ball of light again.
Inhale inhale inhale.
Exhale back to your center.
Now inhale for a count of six,
Hold for a count of three,
Exhale for a count of four,
Into your full height,
Your full width,
And your full depth.
Inhale.
Hold for three,
Exhale to center for four.
And rest at the bottom of your exhale.
Inhale for six into your full dimensions.
Hold for three,
Exhale for four.
Rest at the bottom of the exhale.
Breathe normally.
Observe how you feel.
Now breathe one last time into your full dimensions.
Become that glowing ball of light,
That radiating beautiful sphere.
Inhale.
Now imagine a glowing sphere rising up up up up up until it sits just above your crown.
Let it radiate there.
Feel its warmth bathing you from the crown down,
Guiding you,
Grounding you,
Centering you.
Inhale again.
Give it a last blast of your energy.
And on your exhale watch it condense down into a ball the size of a golf ball,
Floating still just above your crown.
Inhale.
And on your exhale watch it drift down,
Merge with your crown,
And slide slowly down your spine as you exhale,
Grounding you.
Observe how you feel.
And know that that light is always there for you.
It is you.
