Then immerse ourselves in an original soundtrack infused with the sounds of each noise profile.

The Colours Of Noise
In day 2 we will be learning about the different colours of noise and what they mean and sound like.
Then we will move onto learn and talk about our sound profile for today - White noise
White noise is best for light sleepers aiding them to get to sleep and if you wake up, get back to sleep quickly. White noise provides the most consistent background noise, best for masking other environmental sounds. If you find that you wake up easily, you can try white noise to help you stay asleep no matter what is happening in the room around you.

In day three we will be talking about the benefits of lower frequencies and how good they are for us.
Lower frequency noise In some individuals has been known to relieve pain and stress, heal tissues and organs and liberates the listener from fear and guilt
