This is JB and welcome to a beautiful night's sleep.

So let's get into your favorite sleeping position.

Make sure you're comfortable.

Close your eyes and slowly imagine yourself just melting into the bed.

Now let's go to your breathing.

Slowing down the heart rate,

Let's take some nourishing breaths together.

Breathe in,

Keep that rhythm going.

Today we are going to set up a surprise party for my best friend on the beach.

We will be sitting around a fire,

Just relaxing with the warmth of the fire and chilling out.

That will make you let go and totally relax.

So let's go.

I'm sitting in front of a big fire on the beach,

Listening to the flames crackle and the waves crashing.

All my friends are here,

All waiting for the big reveal.

I had this idea of having this gathering a few weeks ago.

My friend has been having a hard time recently and she really needed a boost of confidence and all these people will definitely help to do that.

So what do we have here?

Well,

I chose her favourite snacks.

She loves crisps and fizzy pop.

She's not a little girl but still such a baby at heart.

I mean,

She even loves candy that turns her tongue blue.

What next?

I also got her some cupcakes and some egg mayonnaise sandwiches.

Those really are her favourites.

So sitting here,

Waiting for another of our friends to bring her,

I'm feeling so happy and warm in front of this raging bonfire on the beach.

I'm here tuning into the crackles of the fire.

When I look deeply at the fire,

It kind of hypnotises me.

The flames just dancing away without a care in the world.

Every once in a while,

You hear a pop and a flame tries to escape,

Reaching out as far as it can go but to no avail.

It just stays with the rest of the flames,

Dancing away with no stopping.

Each flame trying to be more exciting than its fellow flame.

What is it they say about twin flames?

Two flames that mirror each other,

Bringing out deep feelings and changing each other forever.

Constantly challenging each other to be better and striving to change things forever.

As I take a deep breath in,

The smell of the fire,

Wow!

It's a smell like no other.

The smoky sweetness that sticks to your clothes and something you can smell in your hair for days afterwards.

It's all worth it though.

The warmth this fire brings just melts into me and wraps around me like a soft duvet,

Making me feel all snuggled up and relaxed.

Well that's how it makes me feel anyway.

The other part of being here is the crashing of the waves in the background.

Like a constant moving soundtrack that never stops.

Crashing then a lull,

Crashing then a lull.

It goes on forever.

It never stops.

Water always moving,

Never stopping.

I can even taste a little of the salt here on the tip of my tongue.

It tastes lovely.

So looking around at all the friends that have gathered,

It's nice to see them all here.

All different people and all celebrating each other.

For our differences and uniqueness as well as for our unity in coming together and showing up for our friend and for each other.

So everyone brought something to contribute to the gathering and I am in charge of putting all the food out in a way that when they're ready everyone can get what they want to eat.

Someone has brought some beer.

Not my thing but great for all that like it.

Now someone else has brought some wine.

Prosecco I believe.

Well me being a self-confessed wino,

I love any and every type of wine so I'll be tucking into a glass or two.

Good thing I'm not driving home tonight.

A taxi is in order when we leave here.

So I'm just unpacking some of the offerings that people have brought.

I'm putting it down next to my own food and drink.

And I see there's all different types of food here.

It feels like all nations have come together with these food offerings.

So what do we have here?

Well someone's brought some mini hot dogs.

Like finger food size.

Very nice.

And here are some mini quiches.

And look at these.

There are some samosas,

Mini pizzas,

Mini vegan tarts and even spring rolls.

We will eat well tonight.

There's even some gooey chocolate brownies.

Oh my favourite.

So I'm looking over at the crowd of people and they're all in their little groups just chatting away and having a great time.

I'm so happy that I suggested this and everyone has turned up.

Some people would say any excuse for a party.

I say it's great to see everyone.

Personally I'm not the most social person sometimes but it is really good to just get out there and be amongst people and relax and relate.

Just share some ideas,

Share some love,

Share some stories.

I can see there are all sorts of personalities here.

The quiet ones.

The quiet ones.

Just listening to the conversations going on.

The loud ones that always have to be heard.

The intellectual ones that make me feel like I need to go back to school.

And then lastly there are the jokers that make everyone laugh until they cry.

Ah here she is.

She is surprised and everyone gives her a warm welcome,

All hugs and smiles.

It's so great to see everyone having a good time.

I'm feeling so content and happy as I look over at all these beautiful people.

They're so special to me,

They give me light and they're beautiful.

I just love sitting in front of the bonfire,

Listening to the flames lashing against each other,

Dancing together as flames do.

With the beautiful sounds of the waves crashing in the background.

I think there's no place right now I'd rather be.
