Reiki Level One Attunement And Practice In The Usui Tradition

The primary objectives of the course are to attune students to the Reiki energy, enabling them to become conduits for this healing power and to teach the basic hands-on -healing techniques that can be applied for self-treatment and the treatment of others. Students can expect to learn about the history of Reiki, the principles that guide its practice, and ethics involved in being a Reiki practitioner.
Through hands-on practice, guided meditations, and the bonus attunement process, facilitated by myself, participants will leave the course with a solid foundation and Reiki healing, equipped to apply these techniques to improve their own well-being and that of those around them.

We start today's lesson with an exploration of Reiki´s history and origin, learning about its founder, Mikao Usui, and the evolution of this healing practice. This session lays the foundational understanding of the principles and energies driving Reiki healing. Today's lesson provides an overview of the Reiki level one attunement process, emphasising its importance in the journey of a Reiki practitioner. Today's lesson includes reflective questions to help students prepare for and complete the attunement process.

Leçon 4: Hand Positions For Self Treatment

Today we explore the fundamental Hand placements essential for a Reiki self treatment. The lesson is structured to guide students through effectively using their hands to channel Reiki energy for personal healing and balance. It emphasizes the strategic positioning of hands over key body parts and chakras to facilitate optimal energy flow and address the importance of these practices within the broader scope of Reiki training.
