Now that you understand the basics, it’s time to make meditation part of your daily life.
In this final session, you’ll learn how to build a simple and sustainable practice without pressure or perfection. You’ll also explore how to bring awareness into everyday moments.
Includes a longer, calming meditation to help you integrate everything you’ve learned.
