In this course, you’ll be guided through a two-day journey designed to help you notice balance in your life, release what no longer serves you, and cultivate gratitude for the abundance already present. Using simple reflective practices, breath exercises, and immersive imagery, you’ll explore the subtle ways the season can teach and support you. Day one focuses on balance and awareness, helping you observe where your life feels steady and where it may feel stretched or unaligned. You’ll practice gentle awareness techniques, drawing inspiration from the natural world, to support clarity, calm, and emotional equilibrium. Research shows that even brief periods of focused reflection and connection with nature can reduce stress, improve mood, and strengthen resilience. Day two is about release and gratitude. Just as trees shed their leaves, we can let go of habits, thoughts, and patterns that no longer serve us, creating space for growth and renewal. At the same time, cultivating gratitude for the harvest in our lives — both visible and subtle — enhances well-being, supports emotional health, and fosters a deeper sense of contentment. This course is an invitation to pause, reflect, and align with the natural rhythm of the season. No previous experience is needed — simply bring your curiosity, your openness, and a willingness to explore the wisdom of autumn. By the end, you’ll carry the balance, clarity, and gratitude of the Equinox into your daily life, gently guided by the rhythm of the season.

Simplistic and easily completed suggestions to practice daily gratitude and release in this season of autumn.
