Cultivating Gratitude
In this lesson we initially will explore the benefits of gratitude and what it is. Then three practices will be introduced for incorporating gratitude into your day, leading to more contentment in your life.
Leçon 4
The Guest House by Rumi
This course will be closed with the poem by Sufi mystic Rumi "The Guest House." This poem captures all the elements covered in this course - mindfulness, acceptance, and gratitude - culminating in joy and contentment.
