
Compassionate Body Awareness

This meditation is a mindfulness based practice, gently inviting compassion and self acceptance into your experience. The practice guides you to ground through your senses before moving into an extended body connection, followed by five minutes of silence, then finishing with an end grounding to bring you gently out of the practice. To encourage more alertness you may like to do this practice seated. For a practice supportive of relaxation you may prefer to lie down.
