
For Waking In The Night

If you find you wake in the night this practice can help you fall peacefully back to sleep. The practice begins by calming your nervous system with abdominal breathing, so that you can physically relax, followed by focusing the mind on a simple mantra so it doesn't get caught up in worries and wake you more fully. While this track can be listened to in the moment, it's best to practice the technique during the day, to be able to call on it as soon you wake in the night. In this way, you won't expose yourself to the blue light of your device in the night and wake yourself more fully.
