Music has always been part of Ezra Alya’s life. Long before she picked up a crystal singing bowl, she was a musician—playing piano, flute, piccolo, oboe, and percussion, singing in choir, and developing a deep love for the way sound can completely change the feeling of a moment. When her path led her to quartz crystal singing bowls, something clicked. She didn't want to simply strike a bowl and wait for it to stop ringing. She wanted to play the bowls as instruments. Ezra began experimenting with rhythm, layering, harmonies, movement, and frequency, bringing that work fully to life as Ezra Alya in 2021. Today, she creates music primarily with seven quartz crystal singing bowls and her crystal lyre, Serenity. Her recordings range from simple, spacious compositions to immersive soundscapes incorporating nature sounds, Solfeggio frequencies, and 432 Hz tuning. Her background in Reiki, meditation, energy work, crystals, and sound therapy influences how she creates, but music is at the heart of everything she does. Ezra creates sound baths for real life—for sleeping, resting, clearing the mind, moving through difficult days, or simply disappearing into sound for a while. Sometimes you don't need words, explanations, or promises. Sometimes you just need to listen.

Lesson 1

Preparing For Your Ceremonial Experience

Preparing for a ceremony is about more than just showing up; it's about consciously setting the stage for a meaningful and transformative experience. Take time beforehand to reflect on the purpose and significance of the ceremony. What do you hope to gain from it? What intentions do you want to set? This introspection helps align your mind and spirit, allowing you to fully engage with the ritual and its power. Consider researching the traditions and customs involved so you can approach the ceremony with respect and understanding.

Lesson 2

Immediately After Your Ceremonial Completion

After the ceremonial completion, a palpable shift occurs. The air, thick with anticipation and focused intention only moments before, begins to thin as attendees disperse. The transition is a descent from the rarefied air of the sacred space back into the grounded reality of 3D everyday life, where everyday worries and responsibilities begin to return. Allow Sirah/Ezra to support you in this transition with self-care tools and the most important part of the ceremony: Integration.

Lesson 3

Integration And Post Ceremonial Care

Integration is the ongoing process of making sense of and incorporating the insights and experiences gained during a psychedelic journey or other transformative experience into one's daily life. It's not a one-time event, but rather a continuous effort to ground powerful realizations and translate them into positive, sustainable changes in behavior, beliefs, and values. After ceremonial care, which often involves immediate support and guidance following the experience, focuses on providing tools and strategies to support this integration process.

Navigating a relationship while integrating ceremonial experiences requires intentionality and open communication.
