This section discusses how to recognize the ego within us and how to free ourselves from its self-destructive patterns. This section also discusses meditation and its many benefits.

This is a 10 minute guided breathing awareness meditation to help anchor the listener into presence and let go of thought. It allows the listener to step more fully into their true essence.

This section discusses additional methods to transcend the thinking mind. This section discusses presence, and letting go of thought; acceptance of what is, and letting go of the story in the head; and breath awareness and the inner body.

This section is about shedding old destructive behavior patterns and living in presence. By becoming the observer, we can start to recognize patterns in our behavior that are not serving us and begin letting go of them.
