Hello and welcome to this sacred site of you meditation where you are the destination and your best life is the journey.

My name is Amy Patti and today's meditation is going to take you to the sacred site of your third eye chakra.

So go ahead and come into a comfortable seat and we will get started.

So as you first arrive here go ahead and get any wiggles out so just adjusting your posture until you find yourself in your sweet spot where you feel comfortable your body is able to relax and then take a nice deep breath breathing in breathing out I'm just beginning to feel that flow of breath moving through your body today and as you're with your breath here allow it to slow down allow your breath to smooth out allow your breath to deepen and breathing down into the foundation of your body and just letting yourself land fully inside your body take a moment to acknowledge the earth beneath you coming out of your mind into your body into the present moment from the foundation of your body begin to rise up lift your attention up into the third eye space right between your eyebrows behind the forehead and just arrive here and notice how this part of your body feels and see if you can begin to release any stress that you can feel physically in this part of your body so you might release the muscles around your eyes feel the skin across your forehead becoming smooth relaxing your temples and soften behind your eyes see if you can soften behind your forehead almost as if you're relaxing the frontal lobe of your brain allow the breath to move up into the space right behind your forehead this is the seat of our intuition this third eye chakra allows us to have insight this third eye chakra allows us to have insight it allows us to imagine to visualize to see beyond the physical dimension so i'd like you to gently gently take one of your index fingers and just touch right over your third eye point skin to skin and allow the touch to be really light and when you touch your index finger here you might even imagine a little light turns on behind your forehead you might feel a slight tingling or pulsation right there where the fingertip touches breathe into that point and then release your hand and again just noticing the sensations right here at this third eye energy center using your inner gaze now i'd like you to look out past the screen of your third eye like you're gazing through your forehead out into the space in front of your forehead with your eyes closed seen with this third eye chakra and just fold your fingers in and just focus your your inner gaze there and notice if you see anything at all it might be complete darkness it may seem as if you're looking at a black screen or black chalkboard or it might be really light or colorful or maybe you even start to see some images flashing across your forehead there is no right or wrong right now you're just activating your ability to visualize and see in the non-physical dimension to stay with this keep focusing your inner gaze to look right through your forehead and then i'm going to ask you to specifically visualize a few different things specifically visualize a few different things training this chakra to see clearly starting with a red fire engine truck a ripe orange hanging from a tree the sun shining brightly in the sky a forest of green trees a blue jay sitting in a tree the midnight blue sky filled with twinkling stars a field of lavender wildflowers take a nice deep breath in breathing out allow your eyes to relax and soften and then clear those images from your mind's eye and once again just looking straight out with your inner vision through your forehead and noticing if anything's changed is it the black space out in front of your forehead or do you see colors or images popping up is it the black space out in front of your forehead or do you see colors or images popping up hold your inner gaze steady and just breathe and take one more nice deep breath here breathing in maybe feeling that breath rising up into your third eye space as you exhale you can even sigh out relax your jaw let go of that inner gazing point out past your forehead and now just shift your inner gaze towards the tip of your nose just allow your eyes to quiet down feel the breath coming in through your nose and out of your nose feel the breath coming in through your nose and out of your nose and then once again i want you to take your index finger and just lightly touch that space right between your eyebrows letting your touch brighten that third eye point up just a little bit more maybe feeling a little tingling as it becomes activated and feel free to keep your your finger there if it feels okay or you can release your hand when you're ready and just say silently or out loud i trust my intuition i listen to my intuition i allow my intuition to speak to me and to guide me i align with my inner teacher i move through my life following my inner guidance take a nice deep breath in full breath out if you're still touching your third eye point release your hand and let your awareness come back to the shape of your whole body allowing that energy from your third eye point to come back to your body and let your awareness come back to your whole body allowing that energy from your third eye point to be dispersed a bit out into the rest of your body in a way activating your body's intelligence your body's intuition activating your ability to know to see clearly and then once again just touch down at the foundation of your body and ground your energy ground your energy in the here and now in your physical body on this physical earth bring this activated intuition with you into the rest of your day be attuned to it be attuned to it follow it trust it we all have an inner teacher inside of us that is guiding us in the right direction and this inner teacher speaks to us through our intuition let's bring the palms together at the front of the chest a little drop of the chin just thanking yourself for showing up today for this meditation coming into deeper alignment with your own inner self and truth have a beautiful rest of your day Namaste
