In this short bedtime ritual, you will be guided through practice to unwind your mind, release any negative energy you may have absorbed throughout your day, and call back all of your own energy and power from any person, place, or situation where you may have left it so you can be fully centered within, free from stress, and able to sleep deeply. Practice is designed to be done right from the coziness of your bed.

Welcome to this end of day ritual to prepare you for sleep.

This is a short practice to help you let go of any negativity that you accumulated throughout your day while calling back all of your energy,

All of your power from wherever you may have dispersed it.

So you can begin in bed and take these first few moments to get comfortable.

Making sure your body feels at ease,

Adjusting your pillow so your head can rest gently upon it and letting your eyes come to close.

Notice your breath and just breathe in and breathe out.

Soften your body down into your bed and let's repeat that two more times just breathing in feel the breath flowing into the body and as you breathe out let your body relax.

And doing that one more time inhaling,

Exhaling,

Surrendering and letting go through your body.

And then just let your breath become really smooth and easy.

And we're gonna take a little bit of time to unwind the mind and so starting right where you're at in this moment in bed preparing for sleep you're gonna begin to recall the day that you've had.

So working your way backward from this moment all the way to the moment you woke up this morning remembering whatever details you can and then once you arrive back at the moment you woke up this morning you're gonna bring yourself back forward to now.

So remembering everything you can about the day you've had working in reverse and then remembering everything you can about the day that you've had working forward.

Take your time continuing to breathe gently and easily as you do so.

You After you've completed your journey through your day just allow yourself to rest in this moment feeling the breath blowing in and out.

Now you're ready to let go of anything you absorbed throughout your day that does not serve you,

That does not belong to you.

So feel free to just hear these words as your own.

I clear now any negative energy,

Any emotion,

Any thought that I absorbed throughout my day that doesn't belong to me.

Any energy,

Emotion or thought that does not serve in my highest and best interest.

Any energy,

Emotion or thought that is not conducive to me sleeping.

Now just take a breath in and as you breathe out feeling all of those energies,

Emotions or thoughts releasing.

And now calling back your energy to you from anywhere you may have left it today.

Again you can just hear these words as your own.

I call back now all of my energy,

All of my power from any person,

Place or situation I may have left it.

I call back now all of my energy,

All of my power from any person,

Place or situation I may have left it.

I call my energy and power home to me so I can feel centered within and sleep deeply.

And now just breathe in,

Breathe out letting your energy,

Your power land back home with you.

Noticing how you feel.

And letting your attention down into the space right behind your navel.

Closing this practice by taking three slow deep breaths.

Breathing in letting that breath fill up the belly.

Slow and gentle release.

Exhaling out.

And now just breathing in and letting your attention down into the space right behind your navel.

Slow and gentle release.

Exhaling out.

Repeat that twice more at your own pace.

And saying goodnight to your body.

Goodnight to your mind.

And goodnight to the universe.

May you have a very deep and satisfying sleep.

Goodnight.
