Today's five-minute meditation is going to be an opportunity for you to find self-acceptance through opening the heart chakra.
Begin to find a comfortable seat or allow yourself to lie back.
Coming into this space,
Wherever you're at,
Decide if it's a comfortable time to close your eyes and then begin to also check in with the areas in your body that might be lit up and also notice areas in your body that have been forgotten about.
Today's focus is going to be around the center of the cardiac plexus.
Checking in right here,
Right now,
I invite you to tap into your mind's eye,
Beginning to visualize a green light emanating around the heart.
This is an emerald,
True green color.
This is where we find love,
Abundance,
Pleasure,
Joy,
And happiness.
And in order to fully capture love,
To be able to love ourselves and to truly love others,
First,
We have to find self-acceptance.
Taking a moment right here to begin to allow,
Visualizing this emerald 12-petal lotus flower sitting there at the cardiac plexus.
Allow yourself to accept,
Accept you for who you are,
Knowing that you were created out of love and you have so much love within you.
It begins to really swirl around this place,
Allowing this green light to enter in and fill you up.
There's so much,
So much to give now that we also can allow this light to shine out and explore through self-love.
We are able to love others.
So deeply allowing to give,
But also receive.
Taking in this green,
Green,
Green color,
Capturing it in your mind's eye.
I invite you to even place one hand or two over the heart center.
And with your eyes gently closed,
Tell yourself,
I love you.
I love you.
May doing so,
You can even allow your name to come out.
So first thing right now,
The vibration of the word love,
Say it out loud to yourself.
I love you.
And then again,
One more time.
And take this meditation truly into and out of the rest of your day.
