Hello dear friend,

This is Femke.

Sit comfortably,

Rest against the back of your chair,

Or lay down on a mattress.

Relax your face,

Your jaws,

Your shoulders are soft and relaxed.

If you feel any tension in your shoulders then just pull them up for a moment and just drop them when you sigh it out.

Do it again,

Yeah,

Well done.

Your hands are relaxed in your lap,

Now gently close your eyes and feel how relaxed you are.

Even when you still have some tension in your body,

Just a simple choice to sit here and to close your eyes,

Having the intention to relax,

Is enough.

This is you time,

This is something you're doing for you,

Right now,

For you.

You're doing so well,

Really.

Just by sitting here,

Relaxing,

Letting go of the tension in your shoulders,

Letting go of all the weight,

Leaning on you,

Sighing it out,

You're doing so well.

Now bring your attention to your breath,

Flowing into your nostrils and flowing out of your nose,

Flowing in and out.

Allow you to observe your breath flowing into your nostrils and out of your nostrils.

And while you are observing your breath flowing in and out,

Listen to my words.

You are doing so well,

While you are sitting here and now,

Relaxing,

Listening to my words as I tell you,

You are perfect as you are right now,

Doing nothing,

Just sitting,

Feeling at ease,

Relaxing,

No need to do anything differently than just being here with yourself,

Knowing,

Feeling that you are okay,

Okay like you are right now.

And if you feel any tension or doubt or fear,

Then bring back your attention to your breath,

Flowing in through your nostrils and out of your nostrils,

In and out,

In and out.

And just know that everything is okay right now,

You are doing everything so well,

Because you are with you,

Right now,

Supporting yourself,

Just being you,

As you are,

Worthy,

Lovable,

Unique,

Perfect,

Just as you are right now.

You don't have to do anything,

You are perfect as you are right now,

Now.

Just sit with this feeling of peacefulness and just be,

Take your time,

Enjoy the peacefulness and whenever you are ready,

You can start to slowly open your eyes and go back to your day,

Relaxed and with ease.
