Hello my dear friend.

Let's do something completely different today.

Let's start by standing up.

Firmly place your feet on the ground and be aware of how your feet are touching the ground.

Be aware of how the floor is carrying you.

Supporting you.

And if you like you can even take off your shoes so you can really make that connection with the earth below you.

Feeling its support.

Whenever you feel insecure in a situation then put your feet on the ground.

Become aware of every touch point of your feet.

How these are supported by the earth below you.

By the floor under you.

By the earth you're standing on.

This beautiful planet earth spinning in perfect orbit around the sun carrying you through space.

Feel your feet touching the ground.

And know that you are carried.

That you are supported.

While you're standing here you feel how your arms are relaxed next to your body.

And I'm asking you what would be a power pose for you?

Do you just enjoy standing here like this?

Would you like to spread out your arms to show the world that you are here?

Open-minded.

Open-hearted.

Or would you like to make some gentle fists of your hands and position them in your waist?

Stand like a superman or superwoman.

Would you like to put your hands over your head?

Making yourself tall like a tree.

Whatever the position is that you feel gives you strength.

Take it on right now.

Put your arms wide.

Put your hands in your waist.

Put your arms up.

You can even put your legs a little bit wider.

Take a position that gives you the feeling of being powerful.

And whatever it is,

It is okay.

Enjoy this feeling.

Can you sense what is happening in your body when you take this pose?

How it fills you with a feeling of strength?

Of confidence?

Now gently close your eyes while you keep this position.

And immerse yourself with feeling this confidence.

And even if you feel not so confident within,

That's okay.

Just know that by taking this pose,

You help yourself to get there.

Now bring your attention for a moment to whatever you are hearing.

You're hearing my voice,

Obviously.

But can you hear also other sounds in your direct environment?

Focus on those sounds.

Just let them be there and listen.

Now listen for sounds that are further away.

Maybe an airplane,

Birds singing,

A dog barking,

Whatever it is that you hear.

Bring your attention and try to listen as far away as possible.

And now listen to the subtle sounds in you.

Can you hear your own breath?

Your own heartbeat?

And whatever it is you hear,

You don't have to change it.

Just listen.

Now bring your attention to the way you are feeling.

Can you feel your body?

Can you feel your mind?

Can you feel your body?

Now bring your attention to the way you are standing right now.

Feel your feet on the ground.

Become aware of the socks sitting on your ankles,

Your clothes on your skin.

Where are your hands?

How are your arms positioned?

How does that feel?

And if you took a position that is too hard to maintain right now,

That's okay.

Put your arms down.

Put them in your waist.

Find a different powerful position.

This is all about you.

You can stand as you like.

What does this position give you?

What does this awareness of hearing everything around you give you?

All right.

Now settle into this position with your eyes closed.

And just listen.

You,

My dear one,

Are special.

You are a unique being here on planet Earth.

There is no other soul on Earth exactly the same as you.

And that is for a reason.

You are here to be exactly you.

It's okay to take space up in the world.

It's okay to stand here on your own feet,

To know that you are alive,

That you take up space,

That you can feel powerful.

And you can be proud of yourself.

You're doing it so well.

You are right here taking good care of you.

You are right here helping yourself to empower yourself,

To feel how unique you are,

How special you are,

How loved you are.

Because loved you are.

It doesn't matter what you think.

It doesn't matter what you say.

It doesn't matter what you do.

You are loved.

You are so loved.

And whatever it is that you're going to do right now,

You will nail this.

You can do this.

You are you.

It doesn't matter if you fail.

It doesn't matter if you succeed.

Because you are right here as you.

And therefore you cannot fail.

It doesn't matter what others will tell you about your performance.

It doesn't matter what others will tell you about your lovability,

About your worthiness.

It all matters that you know that you are so loved,
