
Breathe To Your Chakras
This is a powerful practice for moving energy through the body. It can help you clear any blocked energy that may be present. The meditation guides you to focus on the 7 chakras in your body, and to breathe to these chakras. You will start to feel the energy move more freely through your body. After 20 minutes, you will feel more energized and ready to go into your day.

Welcome to breathing to the chakras meditation.
This is a powerful meditation for moving energy through the body and clearing any blocked energy that may be present.
So let's start.
Let's sit comfortably.
With the back upright.
Hands in your lap.
Palms facing upward.
Inhale and relax.
First we are going to locate each of the seven main chakras in the body.
Then we will bring in the energy and move it through the chakras.
These seven energy centers run up the meridian,
The center line of the body.
I will go through the chakras one by one.
The first chakra,
Known as the root chakra,
Rests at the perineum at the base of the spine.
The second chakra,
The sacral chakra,
Is located in the pelvis,
Near the sacrum.
The third chakra,
The solar plexus chakra,
Sits over the stomach and under the diaphragm.
The fourth chakra,
The heart chakra,
Is located in the center line of the body,
Near the heart.
The fifth chakra,
The throat chakra,
Covers the area of the external and internal throat,
In the front at the base of the neck,
At the hollow of the collarbone and at the back the spine at the base of the skull.
The sixth chakra,
The brow chakra,
Is located just above and between the two eyebrows on the forehead over the bridge of the nose.
The seventh chakra is the crown chakra and it is located at the top of the head or the crown of the head.
The first chakra connects us to the earth.
The seventh chakra connects us to the universe.
It is important that we sit upright and aligned,
Stacking our chakras so energy can flow freely.
Our first chakra,
Rooted to the earth,
Our seed,
Our cushion,
Our seventh chakra,
Drawn to the sky.
The chin gently tucked as we find ourselves aligned,
Connected.
Let's close our eyes.
We will put our attention on each point.
Draw our breath in through the chakra and out the crown of the head,
Moving our attention up the body to the next chakra with each breath.
Let's begin.
Let's direct our attention to the first chakra at the base of the spine.
As we breathe in,
Imagine we are drawing the breath in through the chakra,
Up the center line of the body and out the crown of the head.
Breathe in.
And out the crown of the head.
Direct attention to the second chakra,
Near the sacrum.
Breathe into the chakra.
And out the crown of the head.
Direct the attention to the third chakra,
The solar plexus,
Above the belly button,
Below the diaphragm.
Breathe into the chakra.
Breathe out the crown of the head.
Direct the attention to the fourth chakra,
The heart chakra.
Breathe into the chakra.
And out the crown of the head.
Direct the attention to the fifth chakra,
The throat chakra.
Breathe into the chakra.
And out the crown of the head.
Direct attention to the sixth chakra,
Between the eyebrows.
Breathe into the chakra.
Out the crown of the head.
Direct the attention to the seventh chakra,
The crown of the head.
Breathe into the chakra.
And out the crown of the head.
Again,
Let's breathe in to the base of the spine.
And out the crown of the head.
Breathe into the second chakra,
The sacrum.
Out the crown of the head.
Breathe into the third chakra,
The solar plexus.
Breathe out the crown of the head.
Breathe into the heart chakra.
Out the crown of the head.
Breathe into the throat chakra.
Out the crown of the head.
Breathe into the crown of the head.
Out the crown of the head.
Alright breathe normally.
Open your eyes.
Nice and simple.
Nice and easy.
Breathing in and out,
With the minds attention at the different points.
Starting at the base of the spine,
The first chakra.
Then moving to each chakra,
Moving the energy up through the body and out the crown of the head.
At the end of the sequence we don't bring the energy back down the chakras,
We just start again at the base of the spine.
Moving the energy,
The rising energy through the body,
Repeating the sequence.
I will guide you again and then you can practice in silence for a few minutes until I gently guide you out.
So let's sit comfortably.
With the back upright,

Let's breathe into the first chakra at the base of the spine.

Breathe into the second chakra,

Breathe into the third chakra,

And out the crown of the head.
Breathe into the throat chakra.

Breathe into the brow chakra between the eyebrows.
Out the crown of the head.
Breathe into the crown of the head.
And out of the crown of the head.
Now continue directing your breath and your attention.
Continue breathing through the chakras in silence until I guide you out.
And out the crown of the head.
Breathe into the heart chakra.
Out the crown of the head.
Breathe into the heart chakra.
Out the crown of the head.
Breathe into the heart chakra.
Out the crown of the head.
Breathe into the heart chakra.
Out the crown of the head.
Breathe into the heart chakra.
Out the crown of the head.
Breathe into the heart chakra.
Out the crown of the head.
Breathe into the heart chakra.
Out the crown of the head.
And at the end of your next sequence,
Breathe normally.
Breathe normally.
Let your body settle.
Let the energy settle.
Breathe easy.
Feel the energy in the body.
Breathe easy.
And in your own time,
Whenever you feel comfortable,
You can slowly open your eyes.
It was good.
It was easy.
Did you feel any tension or tenderness?
Bunching of energy during the meditation?
This is okay.
This is completely normal.
The energy should flow more smoothly now.
We simply breathe in through each chakra and sequence and move the energy up the body and out the crown of the head.
Now we should feel our full flow of energy and be able to take on whatever is ahead.
