Welcome to this visualization of releasing doubts and fears.
So just get comfortable wherever you are.
Taking a deep breath through your nose.
In and out.
Just grounding in this moment.
Relaxing your jaw.
Relaxing your shoulders.
And feeling the belly rise and fall.
Just grounding in this moment before we dive in to our visualization.
So imagine you're in a room.
Four walls,
One door.
Get a sense for this room.
Can be very basic.
Now imagine that in the center of the room there's a pile of papers.
Each of these papers represents a doubt and a fear that you have.
Before you observe these papers with the intention of releasing the fears and doubts.
Just remember,
Fears and doubts are not there to punish you.
Their function is to keep you safe.
The problem only occurs when we don't know how to deal with them and get stuck.
So picking up the first paper.
This can be any doubt or any fear.
Just let it arise naturally.
Knowing that you're safe here and will soon release this.
Just let it rise to the surface.
No more time for hiding.
These doubts and fears can be so crippling and really seem like monsters and demons at times.
But you're courageous enough to look it in the eye.
To fully face it in this moment.
Breathing slowly.
Just letting it come up.
And you'll notice how your attention shifts from one page to the next.
How the thoughts about the worry and fear eventually fade away into nothingness.
As they came out of nothingness.
Like reading a book,
When you finish a page you turn to the next one.
So just holding space for that process.
Knowing that soon you'll release this.
But just letting it come to the surface.
Realising how heavy this weight has been.
The weight of suppressing these fears.
This might be uncomfortable and that's okay.
Remember,
These fears are there to keep us safe.
So they need to have a certain power to them to get our attention.
But as heavy as they are,
As freeing it feels when we release them.
So just seeing what comes up on these pages.
Any limitations that you have.
Things that hold you back.
Worries and thoughts that visit you every single day.
Again and again and again.
Being recycled over and over again.
This is completely fine.
This is part of the human experience.
Nothing has gone wrong.
The only supposed dysfunction is suppressing all these feelings.
Because we often don't know what to do when they come up.
We don't have a release.
But that's okay,
We really tried our best.
So sitting with these pages and any doubts and fears that come up.
Just see if there's anything else that wants to come to the surface right now.
Anything holding you back.
This can be from childhood.
Anything that is suppressed here and wants to come up right now.
Emotions being energies in motion.
And these fears and doubts are truly in motion right now.
Not stagnant,
But reflecting on these pages for you to see and observe.
As the witness,
As the awareness that you are.
Now imagine that next to the piles of paper there's a golden shredder.
A golden device that transforms all pieces of paper into tiny snippets of paper.
No longer being what they once were,
But dissolved into something unrecognizable.
Truly transformed,
Having lost their weight.
So picture yourself now as you place page after page into this shredder.
Seeing what each page stands for as you place it into the shredder.
Smelling the smell of the paper being shredded.
Truly present to this experience.
Letting any feelings that come up just be there,
Just observing without judgement.
Letting it all release,
Not holding anything back.
Truly liberating yourself.
No more of this.
As the container of the shredder fills up,
And it is full to the brim with paper shreds.
You notice how in the far end of the room there's a fireplace.
You walk over to the fireplace with the shreds and pour them into the fire.
Feeling this release within,
This liberation,
This freedom,
These new possibilities.
As the phoenix also transforms from the ashes into something new,
Something that lights you up.
Choosing to now embody those emotions that you want to feel.
This may be love,
This may be abundance.
You choose.
Truly feeling what your new life without these doubts and fears feels like.
As embodying this feeling draws this possibility and this possible future nearer and nearer to you.
As the shreds of paper are all being transformed into light,
You feel how this light fills you from within.
And using the breathing technique of letting on the in-breath and go on the out-breath to really transmute anything that is left that might not have been cast out.
To truly tap into freedom and liberation and your true self.
So letting go,
Letting go,
Letting go.
Continue like this in your own time for the next minute.

Feeling rejuvenated and refreshed,
You walk to the door,
You open it and find a beautiful forest outside.
You step out into the forest knowing that this adventure is what awaits you now.
Filled with the natural beauty of Mother Earth and your true goodness that you're going to shine into the world.
Enriching your connections to other people and most importantly to yourself.
By transforming yourself,
You transform the world into a more loving and brighter place.
And you've done exactly that today.
