Good morning and welcome to this beautiful day.
You may be looking to meditate this morning because you want to set yourself up for the best possible day that you can have.
Coming back to gratitude for everything that you have,
Your senses,
The things in your life,
The food,
The water,
The bed,
The people in your life and maybe even gratitude for the lessons that you've learnt,
Even if they were painful at times.
Either way,
You were showing up for yourself this morning and I congratulate you for that and you should too.
So taking in a deep breath through the nose,
Inviting in the day and a deep out-breath through the nose,
Letting go of anything you won't need today.
And now do that a couple of times,
Inviting in the day,
Feeling the breath everywhere in your body and letting go.
Your goal for today may be just to love more,
To love yourself more,
To be kinder to yourself,
To love other people more,
To be more compassionate.
But if you fall into traps of heading down paths that you know don't serve you,
Maybe that's beating yourself up for not doing something right,
Constantly getting lost in your mind,
Judging other people and it may be painful when we head down these roads.
And although our goal should be to come back to love every time and to extend love to ourselves and to others as we go through our day,
We have to remember that we're human and it's okay to not always take the perfect path.
We're constantly learning,
We're constantly improving and we're all trying our best.
So for today,
Let's not be harsh with ourselves if we happen to take the wrong path.
Know that we want to be and come from a place of love,
But let's be compassionate with ourselves when we make the wrong choice.
Because there's obviously a lesson here for us still to learn.
It's showing us areas of our life where we still don't fully love.
Areas we otherwise wouldn't have access to,
But because we're led to the darkness,
We can start to expand our light and our love.
So also extending gratitude to when we take the wrong path because that is what makes us grow.
There is no point to beat herself up today.
Taking another deep breath through your nose,
Inviting compassion for yourself and letting go of judgment.
And let's do that again,
Inviting compassion,
Self-compassion,
Feeling that all in your body and letting go of the heaviness of judgment.
Breathing in compassion,
Breathing deeply into your belly,
Breathing in compassion and letting go of judgment.
And now let's do the same thing for other people.
Let's breathe in compassion for others that we meet today.
And let go of judgment.
Breathing compassion.
Let go of judgment.
Breathing love.
Let go of hate.
Breathing love.
Let go of fear.
Breathing love.
Let go of hate.
Breathing love.
And let go of fear.
