Welcome to this beautiful moment.
Taking a deep breath through your nose,
Holding at the top for three seconds and then letting go.
Have the natural rhythm of your breathing and any sensations associated with that.
Tune into your body.
Is there any tension or what sensations are you picking up?
If there's any tension,
Just breathe into that mindfully.
How about your thoughts?
Are they distracting you?
Or are you letting them pass like clouds in the sky as it comes and it goes?
How about any emotions?
What's here right now?
Just bring awareness to it.
Tune into the core of your being,
The pure loving being that you are.
And although longer meditations are powerful to connect with that part of you more deeply,
Simple meditation as this can take you back to your true core.
And your breath grounds you in the moment at all times.
Everything is working for you,
Not against you.
You are loved.
You are a powerful being and you have so much to give to this world.
