Good morning to this beautiful day.
To start off with,
Just make sure you're comfortable and take in a deep breath.
Now we will breathe in wakefulness and breathe out sleepiness.
So when you breathe in,
Take a deep breath,
Breathe in wakefulness and fresh new energy for this day.
When you breathe out,
Let go of sleepiness and anything holding you back from embracing this day with pure energy and love.
Now we will move in to checking in with our body.
So start scanning your feet and relax any tensions you find there.
Just breathe in to them and sense what is here.
Now move up your legs.
Same thing goes,
If you find any tensions,
Just gently breathe into these tensions and feel them fade away.
Moving up your legs some more.
To your pelvic area.
Moving into any tensions.
Moving into your hips.
The hips can often be tense because they might contract when we feel emotions in our day to day life.
So just really sense what is here and feel your hips open and relaxed as your breath washes over them.
Now move up to your belly and feel the sensation of your breathing releasing any tension that you might find here.
Just breathing into it.
Now to your lower back.
Moving up to your upper back and your shoulders.
Likewise these can be very tense if the day before or the days before you have been doing a lot of work at a computer.
So just sense what is here with non-judgmental awareness.
Being grateful that your body gets to experience another beautiful day and you're just tuning in to how it's feeling so it will carry you in the most beautiful way through this new day.
So tune into your chest,
Scan your chest.
Sense if there is any tension here,
If there is just breathe into your chest.
Beautiful.
So now just scan your neck.
Sense your jaw if there is any tension here.
Just relax.
Just breathe into it.
Sense your tongue.
Sense your face.
And breathe into it.
Now scan your head.
And finally move into your left arm,
Your left hand,
Breathing into it,
Releasing any tension.
Now move into your right arm,
Your right hand.
Because our arm and hand do so much during the day,
They are so crucial.
So as you hold your whole body here,
Just bring a sense of gratitude for your body,
For everything that it does to carry you through the day that you can have the most amazing experiences.
And it does all of that without asking you for anything,
Good rest,
Hydration,
Food.
It doesn't ask for much and it does so much for you.
So just really hold the sense of gratitude for your body.
Now bring to mind not just your body that you are grateful for,
But bring to mind what else you are grateful for.
Maybe the bed you were able to sleep in tonight giving you this nice rested state,
Rejuvenating you.
Maybe you are grateful for the food that you get to eat,
For the water you get to drink,
For your accommodation,
For the people in your life,
For the lessons that you've learned even if they were hard ones,
For your job,
For the nature around you.
Whatever it is,
Bring this to mind and feel your feeling of gratitude amplify more and more.
Set the intention not just to hold gratitude today which is amazing,
But also to show gratitude in your actions today.
So that could mean making your bed to show gratitude for this bed that you have.
This could mean doing something for someone just to show how grateful you are.
This could mean simply saying thank you.
If arguments and disagreements occur today,
Set the intention that you will stay in love and you will not tap into hate,
You will not get trapped in hate,
But instead make love the goal of your interactions.
And sometimes removing yourself is the most self-loving thing you can do.
Set that intention to make love the goal of your interactions today with people you know and with strangers.
Today you will share your gifts and your light with the world.
It is yet again another amazing opportunity to do that.
And even if in the past you didn't share as much of your light and gifts as you'd like,
Life is so forgiving and gives you another chance every single moment.
Even if you can't realize it,
The chance is always there.
So set the intention for today to spot the miracles around you,
To spot all these things about life that are miraculous.
So maybe instead of seeing everything that's wrong with your day today,
You will just keep a closer eye on those miracles around you today with a sense of awareness,
Wonder and admiration.
Also set the intention to keep an eye on your thoughts today because our thoughts determine how we feel.
So if you spot a negative thought,
Just call yourself out,
Bring awareness to it and try and switch it with something a bit more helpful.
That will change the way that you will feel today.
Imagine a white cloud above your head.
This cloud is raining love,
Harmony and balance over you.
And you are like a sponge soaking it all in.
So really sense how this cloud above your head is raining love over you.
It's raining all that it wants to give to you.
And you are here receiving.
Feel how this cloud has rejuvenated you for your new day.
And know that you can be this cloud for other people as well.
As you get ready to start your day,
Just make sure that you always come back to your breath whenever you feel a bit stressed out.
Just take a deep breath.
Bring non-judgmental awareness to what is going on.
And remember that love is your goal in your interactions.
That also goes for the interactions with yourself.
When you are ready,
Open up your eyes and have the most beautiful day.
