Welcome to this detachment meditation.
Thank you for being here.
Take a deep breath to surrender to this moment.
Because in this moment is where you will find the peace that you've been looking for.
Breathing slowly and mindfully.
Being here in this moment.
You may be looking to detach from something specific in your life.
Or maybe you just generally want to detach from feelings and heaviness and anxieties or stresses.
The breath is the gateway to inner peace and surrendering to this moment.
Breathing in this moment means you don't follow the thoughts.
The thoughts that worry about what may happen,
About how it may happen,
About how your life might be in danger.
Slowly breathing and surrendering to this moment take you back to inner peace.
Of course sometimes this is more difficult when you're in the middle of a situation or deeply lost in your thoughts and emotions.
So bring to mind what you want to detach from.
If it is a situation,
Bring this to mind and bring non-judgmental awareness to the feelings that come with it.
If it is a general feeling,
Just bring non-judgmental awareness to how it feels.
While breathing slowly which anchors you in this moment,
Keeping you safe.
How does it feel?
Where in your body do you feel this?
Just fully explore what it is.
Just observe and breathe slowly.
This will help to clear and bring you back to inner peace and calm.
Have faith and trust in your ability to do this.
You are a powerful being with amazing gifts to bring to the world.
You deserve to be at peace and there is nothing wrong.
There is nothing wrong that for some time you haven't been at peace.
It happens to all of us.
So as you are aware of how it feels,
Start to breathe in love and start to breathe out those feelings you want to let go of.
Keep doing this.
You may be letting go of fear,
Anger,
Stress,
Hate,
Tightness in the body.
Start to feel all of this soften and relax as you breathe in consciously and breathe out consciously.
You start to detach from these situations and thoughts as you are anchored here in the moment blessed by your breath,
Surrendered to the moment.
Using the ability and power to invite healing and to release all that is not serving you.
By doing so you detach from outcomes.
You simply accept.
You are simply present.
You detach.
Whatever happens can never take away from your wholeness,
From the wholeness you are feeling in this moment,
From the wholeness that you are,
From the love that you are.
You can let go.
You can detach as you breathe deeply.
Regardless of what situation you are in,
With the power of your breath,
With inviting love and letting go of what is not serving you,
You can detach.
You can come back to the wholeness that you are,
That can never be put into question because that is who you are regardless of what happens on the external.
Hold gratitude for that.
Thank you.
Remember your feelings that are not there to punish you but they are there to tell you something,
To warn you,
To protect you.
It is only in the fighting and the controlling and in the not wanting to feel how you feel where the problems start.
Instead approaching things with non-judgmental awareness and surrender to the moment is where the magic happens and you are very much tapped into this power now.
Imagine yourself in the situation you are struggling with that you want to detach from.
Imagine yourself feeling these feelings that you want to detach from and see yourself sitting there almost as if you can see from a bird's perspective.
What do you look like?
Just observe without judgment,
See yourself down there.
What impression do you make on yourself?
What would you like to tell yourself right now?
Do you have any ideas for solutions?
For how to deal with things just that little bit better?
Would you tell them to let go?
To detach?
To surrender?
This is your time.
Anything you say is up to you and comes from pure,
Infinite intelligence that flows through you.
Send love to yourself sitting there.
Just really wishing all the best for yourself because you deserve it.

Taking in a deep breath and exhaling.
Taking in another deep breath and exhaling and another and releasing.
