Use this 7-minute practice in the morning or at any time to ground yourself and relax your jaw. Gently find your way back to the present moment. Anchored in your body. Anchored in the now. This track can be particularly helpful when you are activated (e.g., stressed/anxious/angry), to give you a more neutral and compassionate place to respond to yourself and others. A much better place to act from. It's also an effective aid when you hold tension in the jaw and need a quick reset. Sometimes, 7 minutes is all it takes.
