Choose to start your day consciously, by taking this few minutes to set up your intention for the day. What kind of emotions would you like to be experiencing, and how can you consciously choose to bring them into your day? What are your priorities, what do you choose to invest your focus in? What kind of energy do you choose to share with the world around you? This practice will help you to move into your day the way you really want.

Good morning,

It's Evelina here.

Welcome to this morning intention setting.

Please sit comfortably with your spine straight and close your eyes.

Take a long,

Deep breath in,

Filling up your belly and chest with the air,

And exhale all the way out,

Releasing all the air out.

Continue breathing in the deep and steady way,

And I would like you to ask yourself three questions.

The first question is,

How do you want to feel today?

To answer that question,

Take a moment to think of the emotions that you would like to be experiencing today.

Once you have your chosen emotions in your mind,

Think of all kinds of activities which awakens in you those desired emotions.

So what exact things would you need to be doing today in order to feel the way you really want to feel?

Deep breath in and complete breath out.

Now as you are thinking of the way how you want to feel,

I would like you to take also a moment to become aware if there are any difficult emotions recently coming into your days,

Which you struggled with.

If yes,

Try to name them,

The emotions which you don't want to be experiencing,

But somehow they come into your days.

Once you have those undesired emotions,

The same way,

Take a moment to think of what exact activities awakens in you those emotions.

Deep breath in and complete breath out.

Now as you gave yourself a reminder of the emotions which you want to be experiencing and you don't want to be experiencing,

Along with different activities which awakens in you the emotions,

Set up intention to bring the activities into your day which awakens in you the emotions which you desire.

And at the same time,

To minimize the activities,

Work on yourself in a way that you don't bring into your day the emotions which you wouldn't like to have.

Deepest breath in and this time exhale through your mouth,

All the way out.

We had the first question about emotions.

Now,

The second question.

What are your priorities?

What are the things you really want to focus today?

You really want to work on?

What is really important to you to focus your attention today?

Maybe there are certain things which you kept postponing recently and they are still somehow hanging over you,

Waiting to be done.

Maybe there are some big dreams of yours,

Waiting for you to take this very first step,

To start working towards it.

Maybe there are some very important things in your life currently that you know you need to dedicate your attention,

Time and energy.

Deep breath in and a nice sight out through the mouth.

Now,

The third question.

What kind of energy do you want to share today with others?

Take a moment to think of your values,

Different qualities which you carry deeply in your heart,

The qualities out of which you want to act,

You want to speak,

You want to think.

The qualities which you truly admire,

Which you want to cultivate within yourself.

Set up intention to always be able to come back to these qualities which are so meaningful to you.

The qualities which you want to be guiding you through your daily life,

In the interactions with other people,

In the challenging moments,

In the moments when you get out of control a little bit,

Within your emotions.

Take this last moment to think of what kind of energy do you want to share with the world around you.

How do you want to interact with your beloved ones,

With your friends,

With people who you don't know.

How do you want to interact even with yourself?

Deep breath in and complete breath out.

Now,

Let's summarize it very shortly.

Answer within one sentence.

How do you want to feel today?

What are your priorities for today?

What kind of energy do you want to share with others?

Once again,

Take a long deep breath in,

Lengthen your spine and exhale all the way out.

Finally,

Open your eyes.
