What was the temperature like?
How was the energy in the space?
How do you feel?
As you recall that feeling of joy,
Notice how full you are.
As you allow your mind to leave that specific moment,
Hold onto that feeling of joy and feel it in this very moment.
Notice your breath in this place and time and allow yourself to focus on this feeling of joy.
Feel it envelop you.
See it as the sun finally peeking from behind the clouds to shine its warmth on your face.
Bask in the rays of this joy.
Now check back in with yourself in this moment.

As you stay connected with your breath,
Breathe in this mantra,

And release out full of joy.
Inhaling I am and exhaling full of joy.
Imagine all of the ways experiencing joy can shift your life,
Your personal life,
Your finances,
Your views of your workplace.
Now holding onto this feeling of joy as you continue on with your day,
Find things in your everyday life that can bring you to this exact feeling.
Take a slow deep breath in through your nose and gently release it out of your mouth.
