Forgiveness is a process and can only be done when one is truly ready. This is a guided practice for forgiveness, releasing resentments, and letting go. Remember: It is a practice and it is important not to force yourself to forgive that which you do not feel ready or safe to forgive at this time. Simply acknowledge whatever may present itself to you observe with a non-judgmental attitude as much as you can. Allow any emotions that arise to come and go.
