Guy Finley

Guy Finley is an American author & spiritual teacher best known for his book The Secret of Letting Go. He is the founder & director of the Life of Learning Foundation, a nonprofit organization focused on spiritual education, based in Merlin, Oregon, with an additional branch in Florida. Guy presents a live 45-minute talk here on Insight Timer every Saturday at 8:00am PT / 11:00am ET, and a live talk plus open Q&A on social media every Sunday at 9:30am PT / 12:30pm ET. These inner-life meetings are free and open to the public. Guy is the author of more than 45 books and audio programs on topics related to self-observation, personal transformation, and inner development. His works have been translated into multiple languages and distributed internationally. Before beginning his writing and teaching career, he worked as a singer-songwriter in the early 1970s, recording music under contract with several major record labels, including Motown. He later withdrew from the music industry, and following travels in India and other parts of Asia, he shifted his focus toward spiritual study & teaching.
