I really needed this course. I just lost my beloved cat Calvin and my heart does indeed feel broken. But I’m also willing to face the grief head on because I know the alternative leads to clinical depression (for me at least). Thank you for creating this resource.

I did the exercise for my own frayed nerves and my very sensitive dog who erupts at the drop of a hat these days and can't settle down again, especially at night. It felt very soothing to me and I hope it'll help my dog, too. Thank You 🙏🏻🩷🐾
