Hi,
My name is Alex and today I'm going to be guiding you through a Reiki Healing with White Light for Pets.
This is part one of a three-part healing series I've developed for your pets.
This came straight from my guides and I'd like to share it with you.
So take a seat in the comfortable chair.
Sit as you would for meditation with your feet flat on the ground,
Your spine straight.
Close your eyes and take a few inhales to the count of six.
Really ground yourself in and get comfortable.
Maybe take a few more healing breaths for yourself to clear your energy.
When you feel ready,
Picture your pet in your mind's eye.
Now picture this pet in a cocoon of white light.
Maybe you see the white light flowing through the top of the cocoon,
Down into your pet's body,
Going through each chakra,
Starting at the head,
Going down to the third eye,
To the throat,
To the heart of your pet.
Maybe right there you see a little amplification of light as it continues to go down through your center,
Your solar plexus,
To the sacral chakra of your pet,
Then to the root,
And down out through the cocoon.
Be creative with your visualization.
You might also see the cocoon filled and saturated with this bright healing light.
You can visualize it going into every cell and organ of your pet's body and your own,
If you wish.
Imagine it clearing away any impurities,
Not only in the body,
But in the auric field and the energetic bodies of you and or your pet.
You might even see this as a kind of cosmic laundromat,
Cleansing away anything that's no longer needed.
Whether your pet has a disease,
A behavioral problem,
Allergies.
At the time I'm doing this,
My cat is going through an episode of congestive heart failure.
So I'm visualizing the white light flowing through her body and taking out the stagnant energy,
Which is focused in her heart and lung area.
And as the white light is going through the cocoon,
You can see maybe a gray or brown dirty energy coming out of the cocoon and being absorbed into the earth.
Whatever you see in your mind,
Just go with it.
There's no need to force or control.
You might find yourself imagining a quartz crystal being run over your pet's body.
Whatever it is,
Just go back to the image of the cocoon and the white light clearing away anything that is no longer serving your pet.
As you continue to do this meditation,
You might find that your pet's energy is now feeling clearer.
They might feel lighter.
During this time,
Your pet can be doing whatever he or she wants.
If they're sleeping,
That's fine.
If they're walking around,
Eating,
It doesn't matter.
This is focusing on their energy.
Maybe take a few more breaths and again ground in your energy.
Really imagine your pet's body absorbing this healing light.
You can see it go again through the top of the cocoon into your pet's crown so that now their body is filled with a sparkly,
Sparkly clean white light.
It's almost like they're glowing from the inside out.
You can keep doing this meditation.
You can sit with it for as long as you like or you can end it now.
Like I mentioned before,
This is just part one of three.
Feel free to only do this or continue on to the next two which are healing with pink light and healing with blue light to complete the healing series.
