Hi,

This is Alex.

And today I'm going to take you through a meditation to connect with a deceased pet.

I'm recording this at the end of October.

And as we march toward Halloween,

I thought this would be a nice thing to do to honor the pets we've had in our lives.

Now,

Just like any meditation,

We're going to begin seated in a quiet place.

This can be inside your home or outside in nature.

And you're going to first take a few moments to ground your energy.

If your feet aren't already on the ground,

You can place them there or you can sit on the ground,

Whichever you prefer.

And let's get started by taking a few deep breaths.

You can inhale to a count of six and exhale to the count of six.

You can do this a few more times on your own until you feel a calm,

Loving energy wash over you.

Now in your mind's eye,

Picture the pet you'd like to connect with.

This can be an image of a photograph of your pet,

Or your pet doing one of its favorite activities like running in the backyard,

Playing at the beach.

You can think of your pet in any way.

You might even want to say their name to yourself in your head or out loud,

Whatever you prefer.

As you're doing that,

Just take a few moments to observe the images you're seeing.

Now you can ask your pet some questions.

You can ask them to show you how they're doing,

How they're spending their time,

What loved ones they're with.

Whatever question it is,

After you ask it,

Notice what comes through.

If your eyes are closed and you're quiet,

You should get some information coming back to you from your pet.

It might feel like you're making it up,

But you're not.

This is a direct communication with your deceased pet.

If you're struggling or don't feel a deep connection,

You can imagine a cord connected from your pet's heart to yours.

You can visualize this as a rope or a beautifully braided chain.

It doesn't really matter what it is,

But try to picture some form of physical connection from your heart to your pet's.

It might even be a ray of white golden light.

You can just sit with that image for a few minutes and see how it feels in your heart.

You may want to take this time to tell your pet how you feel about them.

Maybe there's something you wish you could have said to them in life or at the time of their death.

Rest assured that your pet is listening to you,

So whatever you say right now will be heard.

I know a lot of people are concerned about the welfare of their pets after they cross over.

To get some reassurance from your pet that they're doing all right,

You can ask them to show you images of how they are.

And after you ask the question,

Just give yourself a few seconds or moments to observe what comes through.

You can do this for as long as you like.

And if you weren't very successful at giving images and words from your pet,

You can always start again and try it later.

Just remember there's no right or wrong way to do it.

As long as you're sitting in silence and giving yourself space and time to see what comes through,

Your pet will give you information.

For extra benefit,

This will even be more powerful the closer we get to Halloween where the veil between the two worlds is the thinnest.

So if you do it on Halloween or even November 1st,

It might be much easier.

But you can still do this any time of year.

It doesn't matter.

Thank you for listening and I wish you the best connection with your pet.
