Welcome to your Happy Place EFT Tapping Meditation.
We're going to start by getting comfortable with EFT tapping.
It's going to be easiest if you sit up,
But if you want to lie down,
That can work also.
This EFT tapping meditation is going to focus on helping you to reach your happy place,
And move any energy through you that's not allowing you to get there.
So during this meditation,
I want you to just think about letting it all go.
Know that other things are going to come through for you,
And that's okay.
We just want to acknowledge,
But let those thoughts know that we will come back to them.
This is a time for us to relax,
And focus on getting to our happy place.
And tapping is so powerful.
Sometimes you might hear intuitive messages come through for you.
So just pay attention to anything that comes through.
Okay,
Now we're going to begin.
I want you to first think about whatever you aren't happy with,
Or whatever you think could be keeping you from your happiest place.
And on a scale from one to ten,
Grade how just thinking about that makes you feel.
Ten being the strongest.
I'm going to tell you where the tapping points are beforehand.
And you can feel free to say them after me out loud,
Or just repeat them in your head.
Whatever works best for you.
Go ahead and take a deep breath in,
And out.
Let's start tapping on the karate chop point right on the side of your hand for the setup statement.
I am happy,
And I fully love and accept myself.
Sometimes it's hard to be happy,
But I know I can get there,
And I fully love and accept myself.
I feel happy in this moment,
And I fully love and accept myself.
Eyebrow,
All the stress.
Side eye,
All of the anxiety.
Under eye,
All of the pain I feel right now.
Under nose,
I want to release that.
Under mouth,
It doesn't feel good to feel unhappy.
Underbone,
This unhappiness is controlling me.
Under your armpit,
It's not serving me to stay in this unhappy place.
Top of your head,
I want to release that feeling and move into happiness.
Take a deep breath in,
And out.
Eyebrow,
This unhappy energy isn't aligned with how I want to feel.
Side eye,
This unhappy energy isn't allowing me to get my life to the place I imagine it going.
Under eye,
I want to be happy.
Under nose,
I want to release what isn't allowing me to be happy.
Under mouth,
I want to wash the unhappiness away.
Collarbone,
I want to release all that feels heavy to me right now.
Under your armpit,
I want to be happy.
Top of your head,
I want to be happy.
Take a deep breath in,
And out.
Eyebrow,
What if it was easy to be happy?
Side eye,
What if it wasn't as hard as it seems sometimes?
Under eye,
What if I could easily release what wasn't allowing me to be happy?
Under nose,
What if I could easily release whatever was bringing me down?
Under mouth,
What if it wasn't allowing me to just be happy?
Collarbone,
What if it was that easy?
Under your armpit,
What if I just let go of the unhappiness?
Top of your head,
What if it wasn't hard to be happy?
Take a big breath in,
And out.
Eyebrow,
I am happy.
Side eye,
I can get to my happy place very easily.
Under eye,
I don't have trouble getting to my happy place.
Under nose,
Happiness comes very easily to me.
Under mouth,
I don't let myself fall into unhappiness.
Collarbone,
No matter how much easier it feels sometimes.
Under your armpit,
I made conscious efforts to get to my happy place.
Top of your head,
So much so that it's second nature now.
Take a deep breath in,
And out.
Eyebrow,
I know I'm allowed to be happy.
Side eye,
No matter what's going on in the world or with other people,
I know I'm allowed to be happy.
Under eye,
I am allowed to be happy.
Under nose,
Being happy is a safe feeling for me.
Under mouth,
Being happy allows me to make better life decisions to keep me in my happy place.
Collarbone,
I am happy.
Under your armpit,
When I am happy,
Life is amazing.
Top of your head,
When I am happy,
Anything is possible.
Take a deep breath in,
And out.
Eyebrow,
I am happy.
Side eye,
I am in my happy place.
Under eye,
I will not burden myself with unhappy feelings right now.
Under nose,
I am allowed to be happy.
Under mouth,
Being happy is safe for me right now.
Collarbone,
Happiness is a choice that I make every day.
Under your armpit,
I am happy.
Top of your head,
I am in my happy place.
Take a deep breath in,
And out.
That concludes the tapping.
Now I want you to think about the same thing that you graded at the beginning of this session.
Anything that may have been getting in your way of happiness and how that felt for you.
I want you to grade it from a 1 through 10.
Ten being the strongest.
And hopefully your number went down after moving all that energy through your body.
